MSU's Vaccine/Immunization Policy-All new MSU undergraduate students are required to review the immunization/vaccine guidelines and complete and submit the Immunization Self-Report Form that is available online.
TB Testing for International Students-MSU requires all international students to be checked for tuberculosis; full details are on the following page.
